The home includes two oversized guest suites for entertaining, while another floor is dedicated entirely to a sprawling master suite that includes its own living room, dining area, fireplace, a pair of walk-in closets and two separate balconies facing the water. Perhaps the property’s most unique architectural feature is a small third-floor area that hangs beneath the top two levels and includes a combination exercise center and game room.
