Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart — lovebirds on-screen and offscreen — rented a Los Angeles home for a few months earlier this year. Apparently the couple have moved out and the Twilight stars’ romantic hideaway is on the Bel Air real estate market for $5.995 million, according to the L.A. Times.
The listing is not publicly listed, but held by agent David Mossler of Teles Properties. According to Zillow property listing information, the home was previously offered as a lease for $22,500 a month. The stars reportedly picked up the Los Angeles rental for the duration of the summer.
Pattinson and Stewart are notorious for being closed mouth about their relationship. Although it’s commonly reported that they’re together, the two have never formally announced their relationship. As the main characters Bella and Edward in the top-grossing Twilight films, Pattinson and Stewart are constantly profiled in celebrity news and their desire for privacy only seems to increase their popularity.
According to previous listing information, the lake home offers “privacy, serenity and tranquility,” perfect for the stars to take a breather between filming. The 5-bedroom, 5-bath home sits on over half an acre of land overlooking the Stone Canyon Reservoir at the end of a gated dead-end drive but is only minutes from Sunset Strip and the rest of Beverly Hills. Built in 1996, the home was last sold in 2001 for $2,950,029 and has had recent renovations. The home features a gourmet kitchen, enormous great room with gas fireplace and pool and spa.
