The home that Frank Sinatra once owned, and where he hosted guests such as Judy Garland, Lucille Ball, Ava Gardner, Vicente Minnelli, and Marilyn Monroe, is on sale for $12 million (via Born Rich).

The estate, called Farralone, in Chatsworth, Calif. features four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, as well as 16 foot ceilings, and 10,000 square feet of living space.

The home earns anywhere from $500,000 to $2 million when its used as a movie or TV set, which happens fairly often. It's been used in films and music videos such as "Mad Men," "Californication," "Swordfish," "Dream Girls" and "Ali."

On the 5.5 acres of property there's also a one-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom guest house. And if you want to throw a party, parking won't be an issue, as there's space for 200 cars.
