NFL Hall of Famer Jerry Rice is suing the buyers of his Atherton, California estate after he says they backed out of the deal in July.

TMZ reports that Rice is suing to keep the $330,000 deposit the buyers made before missing the deadline to close on the $11-million house.

The estate itself is a beauty.

It has six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a movie theater, a pool house, and even a gift-wrapping room.

That's right, a gift-wrapping room.
