Jim Clark's house in Miami Beach

Netscape founder Jim Clark is selling his penthouse apartment at the super-posh Setai Resort and Residences in South Beach for an eye-popping $27 million, Curbed reports.

Clark, who made his billions in the '90s when he co-founded the browser, was back in the news last year when he sparred with Goldman Sachs after the bank pitched him on its Facebook deal, which quickly went south.

The 6,200-square-foot apartment has walls of glass, a rooftop terrace, and a private pool. And since it's part of the high-end hotel, it also comes with room service and access to the Setai's fitness center and three pools.

We're sure the beachside residence will be missed by Clark's wife, a swimsuit model 36 years his junior.
