Olivia Newton-John and her husband Samuel Coleridge put their house in Brentwood, CA on the market earlier this year, and it seems that lowering the price to $7.7 M has produced an offer. The house itself models after the style of Mexican architect Luis Barragan and It looks to me like a modern take of Mexican house meets the Zen.
Totalling 7500 sq. ft (700m2), the compound consists of a house, separate guest house/studio, pool and stables.
There are plenty of earthly ocher tones surrounded by the turquoise pool, desert gardens and Zen-like fireplace corner. Open space inside combined with same ocher tones and uneven, old-fashioned plastering. The interior looks comfy and somewhat eclectic, but definitely a place one could easily call a home.

This garden design is mesmerising

Here too natural vegetation instead of water-guzzling greenery

Open-plan kitchen with multiple islands

Interesting lighting solution with fortress-type solution to hide the lights

The gym is a bit dark, but love the curves of it and that Pilates table

Beautiful zen-like fireplace area

Cute image for sure!

Like this buddha-corner and stone garden area
