ustin Timberlake has recently sold his NY pad in the Pearline Soap Factory building for $5M and the style of the place is great. There is some loft feeling there with the exposed brick walls and the large arched windows. And that lovely teak floor!
The interior ir vey sleek and free of the typical excess knick-knacks many celebrities have (although it could be the result of de-cluttering for the sale also). This place just looks very relaxing.
