Daily mail reported that Hilary Swank has splashed out on this Spanish-style 5-bedroom mansion in Pacific Palisades CA at a cost of $4 million. I find it a bit confusing as it looks the same as the house she was reported to have bought in March 2007 for $5.8 (even then it looked like a good deal as the listing price was nearly $7.5m). If she didn't buy the house until now she certainly got value for her money - unlike so many other (celebrity) buyers in the LA region.
Anyway, the house looks absolutely fabulous on the outside and I would love to see how she will, or already might have decorated it inside. The seller's decor seemed a bit nondescript, but hopefully Hilary is able to add more personal touch and the great style she normally possesses.
