It seems that Princess Catherine's (Kate Middleton's) parents are in the process of upping their home also. it has been reported that they are interested in the previous home of Duchess of Cornwall (aka Camilla Barker-Bowles). This lovely Grade II listed Bolehyde Manor in Wiltshire has 11 bedrooms on 70 acres is on the market for £4,75 m (or $8 M).
Pretty well for a family described as middle-class by Daily Mail! I love the external look of the house and the grounds, but the internal low ceilings are not really to my liking and a historic Grade Ii listed home has limited renovation opportunities...
Then again, if you are in the market for a 14th century manor, you are probably not looking into opportunities to modernise it that much anyway!
