Actress Julianne Moore is the latest celebrity to put their house on the market - hers is a 50-year old New York West Village town home. It is modern and airy and boasts of many fashionable features such as exposed tile walls, stainless steel appliances and lovely wooden floorboards - but it also comes with a price tag of $12.5m. Maybe the high asking price is the reason why it has been on the market a few times before?
