Diandra Douglas, the ex-wife of Michael Douglas has been less successful in her efforts to sell her luxury home in Montecito, CA. Maybe the price tag drop frmo $29 M to $24 M was still not enough. Meanwhile, the house has been rented out for (celebrity) weddings and other events.
This nearly 90-year-old European-style estate is set on 7+ acres and enjoys amazing views over the valley and the Ocean and has a beautiful swimming pool, a guest house and Japanese Garden amongst other manicured gardens.
