Noted fashion designer Robert Rodriguez is looking to part ways with his Beverly Hills, CA home. Rodriguez, whose keen sense of style and haute couture has resulted in a trio of popular clothing lines, Robert Rodriguez, Black Label and Robbi and Nikki, is asking $9.998 million for the lavish, Spanish-style estate.
Built in 1929, Rodriguez’s contemporary, 7,125-square-foot property is a lot like his sense of fashion; elements of modern architecture receive are layered with a touch of chic complexity. The home opens to a Lagos Azul-lined formal entry features a custom wrought-iron spiral staircase, while a grand formal room boasts such luxe touches as a truss ceiling, arched windows and an elaborate fireplace. A master suite, complete with private sitting areas and a custom walk-in closet, features a bathroom embellished in Carrara marble, including a freestanding soaking tub. Rounding out this prime piece of real estate is a two-story breakfast room, media area, and a resort-style patio set around a pool.
The listing is presented by Wayne Saks of Coldwell Banker – Beverly Hills North.
