With Fox’s musical com-dram, Glee, headed into its fourth season and still going strong, it comes as little surprise to see cast members of the show putting down roots in Los Angeles, CA. Last week, Glee’s Kevin McHale was the one opting to take the real estate plunge, splurging on a Hollywood Hills manse to the tune of $1.025 million. This time around, it’s McHale’s co-star, Lea Michele, who has a new pad to call home sweet home.
The 25-year-old actress singer reportedly purchased her first home this week, spending $1.4 million on a quaint little bungalow that is located within walking distance of Wattles Garden Park. Built in 1920, Michele’s new digs sports a modest 1,805-square-foot floor plan, with two bedrooms and two baths. The master bath, complete with French doors that lead out onto a private terrace, features a wealth of closet space and custom steam shower with tumbled Carrara marble, while a chef’s kitchen connects to a bonus room. Head to backyard and find Michele’s new shimmering salt-water pool, which is accompanied by a patio, and covered outdoor dining area with Viking appliances and a honed blue marble countertop.
