From his start as a child star to his turn as a reality television star on “Breaking Bonaduce” to his most recent gig as a radio shock jock, Danny Bonaduce has had a wild life and he has picked up some interesting real estate on the journey. We’ve previously mentioned the four-bedroom home in Los Angeles that he shared with ex-wife Gretchen which is still on the market for $3.5 million, but Bonaduce’s travels have also taken him to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he spent the last few years on the radio. Recently his show was cancelled and his four-story Old City loft townhome is now on the market for $475,000.
Bonaduce, never one to miss an opportunity, had the home renovated on HGTV including a feature on the “Kitchen Impossible” program. The property offers plenty of room with 2,360 square feet of space that includes the option to have a professional office, gallery, workshop or in-law suite on first floor. The second floor has an open floor plan and is currently used as a living room and hangout space. The third floor is where you find the completely updated kitchen, dining room and living room. The fourth floor has a large master suite with great closet space and and roof access. The property includes an in-unit washer/dryer, excellent storage and several parking lots only steps away. The entire building can be used commercially.
The listing is brokered by Center City-Society Hill Prudential Fox & Roach
