Continuing our coverage of NBA players who are selling while the lockout is going on (we’ve already seen Mike Miller and Jermaine O’Neal list their homes), TMZ is reporting that Jason Kidd has listed his home at the Azure condo project in Dallas, Texas.
Kidd, who plays guard for the 2011 championship-winning Dallas Mavericks reportedly purchased the 2,607 square foot unit back in 2008 for just under $1.5 million. It is currently listed for $1.595 million.
The 21st floor three- bedroom unit has a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops coupled with a Miele amd SubZero appliance package. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcase city views. Other features include motorized Lutron blinds and hardwood and stone floors. The home also comes with a private four-car garage. Building amenities which are showcased in the pictures below include a full gym, outdoor pool, meeting space, and a large theater as well as a grand lobby with a water feature.
