On December 29, 2009, Major League Baseball slugger Jason Bay agreed to a four-year, $66 million deal with the New York Mets. Bay decided to settle down in the New York area and in mid-February 2010, the three-time All-Star paid $2,495,000 for a 3,000+ square foot home in Larchmont, New York. The traditional style home had recently been custom crafted and expanded which included the addition of a wrap-around mahogany porch.
