Major league baseball first baseman Carlos Pena really elevated his game in 2009. As a member of the Tampa Bay Rays, Pena tied for the lead in the American League for home runs at 39, and did this despite not playing the last few weeks of the season due to injury. In December of the same year Carlos Pena purchased a newly-constructed home in Windermere, Florida. Located on Lake Tibet in the Golden Bear Club at Keene's Pointe community, Carlos Pena paid $3.5 million for the home which has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half, swimming pool, and a three-car garage.
