Located in Tampa's Avila Golf & Country Club community, the young couple's recently-constructed Mediterranean-style home which came with a $2,957,500 price tag, has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and four half, marble and wood floors, swimming pool, outdoor fireplace, and 7,124 square feet.

Joanna Garcia has starred on the hit television sitcom Reba from 2001–2007 as Cheyenne Hart-Montgomery, and is now starring on the new romantic comedy television series on ABC Better with You.
