Calling all sci-fi fans across the galaxy. Ever wonder what the inside of Number Six’s home looks like? Now you can! “Battlestar Galactica” star Tricia Helfer’s Beverly Glen home has been re-listed for sale at $2.135 million.
The Canadian actress was chosen to play Number Six in the movie “Battlestar Galactica” and continued as a regular cast member in the TV series, which completed its fourth and final season in March 2009. Helfer got her first major break when she won Ford Models Supermodel of the World Contest. Helfer has appeared in various ad campaigns for Ralph Lauren, Versace, Channel and Giorgio Armani. She also regularly appeared in photo shoots for Maxim magazine and Playboy. She retired from fashion modeling in 2002.
Helfer and her husband, Jonathan Marshall, live in a home located in the star-studded Beverly Glen neighborhood that includes celebrity neighbors like Seal and Heidi Klum, Sharon Stone, and Lauren Conrad (it’s no wonder the current median Beverly Glen home values are $1,220,300). Her home was initially listed on the Beverly Glen real estate market back in July for $2.24 million but was pulled until just recently.
According to the property listing, Helfer bought the home in June 2002 for $950,000. Despite the $105,000 price cut, the current listing price is $118,500 more than her original purchase price.
With 3,641 square feet of living space, Helfer’s contemporary pad has 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, loft office, huge master suite with sitting area, bed/bath and walk-in closet. Plus, it also includes a private gym — a must-have when you’re one of Maxim’s Hot 100 Women. Outside, the home has a pool, expansive patios and decks for entertaining as well as a spa and outdoor fireplace.
The listing is held by agent Stan Hackney of Nourmand & Associates Realtors.
