New York Jets wide receiver Plaxico Burress was born on Friday, August 12, 1977. Plaxico Burress started his NFL career with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2000, where he would play for five years before signing with the New York Giants in 2005. In August of 2005 Plaxico Burress paid 1,500,000 for a home in Totowa, New Jersey. Built in 2002 the two-story home is set on just over an acre.
