Former Florida football coach Urban Meyer has purchased real estate in Boalsburg, PA, according to WKPS-FM in State College.

Boalsburg is just four miles from Penn State.

We wouldn't read too much into this just yet.

The rumor is coming from a lone radio station, and Penn State basketball and football writer Ben Jones dismissed the rumor as a "week or two old" on Twitter.

But on the other hand, there was a report a few weeks ago that Meyer would "love" to have the Penn State job after Joe Paterno retired.

Everyone is expecting JoePa to exit at some point in the coming months.

So we'll call this the first rumor in what should be a wild coaching search.
