In July 2010 hit maker Tremaine Neverson, better known by his stage name Trey Songz, purchased this luxury condo in Miami, Florida. The "Say Aah" singer paid $437,000 for the 1,626 square foot unit which offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half, and includes marble floors and a balcony.
