Former Seattle SuperSonic and Orlando Magic forward, Rashard Lewis, who is now with theWashington Wizards, is selling his Winter Park, FL house. Rashard purchased his home back in October of 2007 for $4.495, and he is now currently selling it for $3.95M.

Lewis’ 8,973 sq-ft ‘Santa Barbara’ style home sits on a 0.58 acre lot and has 5 bedrooms, 2 Master Suites, 5 bathrooms, and 2 half-baths. The fully gated estate includes a massive kitchen, Lutron lighting system, a 1200 bottle wine room, a 3 car garage with extended parking space, an outdoor pool with water deck, swim shelf and fire pots, an outdoor kitchen, and an outdoor cigar terrace adjoining the gentlemen’s lounge with theatre.

While some NBA players have taken up golf, played a bit of poker or tried their hand at bull-riding to fill time during the NBA lockout, Washington Wizards’ Rashard Lewis took up real estate.

The forward is selling his Florida home, according toProfessional Athletes’ Homes. Lewis’ home is listed for $3.95 million on the Winter Park real estate market, a 12.1 price decrease from his original purchase price of $4.495 million.

Three-point king Lewis picked up his home in 2007 when he agreed to a six-year sign-and-trade deal with the Orlando Magic worth about $110 million. He spent two years with the Magic, earning an appearance in the 2009 NBA All-Star Game. Lewis was traded to Washington at the end of 2010.

Under his contract, Lewis would be earning a $22 million salary, the second-highest in the NBA, but as the NBA lockout continues, he said he’s “willing to sacrifice my salary to get a fair deal.” But needless to say, losing a little over half a million on a real estate transaction probably won’t affect Lewis in the long run.

The “Santa Barbara” style-home was newly built in 2007 with high-end detailing like a reclaimed terra cotta roof, Peruvian Travertine tiles and “river-washed” ceiling wood beams. Gated and situated on a little over an acre lot, Lewis’ house has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 8,973 square feet of living space. An outdoor living room features a pool with water deck, outdoor kitchen and fire pit.
