Singer-songwriter Ashlee Simpson has lowered the asking price on her Beverly Hills, CA home to $3.699 million. The home is also available to rent at $20,000 per month or $25,000 per month furnished.
Ashlee, who has filed for divorce from her husband, Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz, was originally asking $4 million for the 5 bedroom, 6.5 bath property.
This walled and gated Mediterranean home is 7,100-square-feet on 0.61 acres and was built in 1992. There are hill and mountain views, a back yard, cabanas, pool and guest house. The multilevel home with a winding staircase also has a den, hardwood flooring, French doors, a fitness room, media room, office space, a two car garage and two open parking spaces.
More luxe features of the house include a spa, open patio space, a breakfast room, beamed ceilings, and a mediation garden with a fountain and fire pit.
Simpson most recently starred on the TV series Melrose Place (2009-2010). Her latest album, released in 2008, was titled “Bitter Sweet World”.
