Red Hot Chili Peppers' bassist Flea had put his Malibu, Calif., home on the market for $4.8 million, but he reduced the asking price to $4 million in August.
He first listed the property in 2008 for $2.8 million but removed it from the market shortly afterward.
The property was destroyed in a fire in 2007, but Flea rebuilt the home.
According to the listing:
