Chelsea player Frank Lampard recently put his six-bedroom, six-bathroom London townhouse on the market for £8.5 million after splitting with his fiancé, Elen Rives.
Lampard reportedly spent £1 million renovating the home, which is a stone's throw from Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge ground, but is being forced to sell it for the same amount thanks to the current economic climate.
