Ashley Cole's former home with Cheryl - Hurtmore House
Until earlier this week, Ashley Cole called this six-bedroom property near Godalming, Surrey, his marital home.
Cole left the aptly named Hurtmore House in a chauffeur-driven car before Cheryl returned home from the US and a statement was issued that they would separate.
The Cole's paid £3.55 million for the Georgian property. Zoopla now estimates the property to be worth £3,247,537, a 6.1 per cent increase from it’s value a year ago of £185,548.
Along with the rest of the nation, they too have taken a clear hit from the market slump.
Were they to now rent the property out, it’s rental value would be approximately £14,208 pcm.
