Jim Jones purchased this home in Fair Lawn, New Jersey in May of 2005 for $850,000.
In 2011 the rap star put the home on the market with an asking price of $799,900.

The kitchen has two sinks, birch-plywood cabinets and ceramic-tile countertops.

A detached studio serves as an office.

The property includes a flagstone courtyard, a koi pond, vegetable gardens and a lemon tree orchard.

Mr. Miller and Ms. Beck’s daughters, both in their 20s, have left home, and the couple have now decided to downsize.

‘We would like to get a little more pedestrian and have something a lot smaller and travel more,’ Mr. Miller says. He and his wife plan to stay in the home until it sells but are ‘always looking’ for a new place, Mr. Miller says. The ‘eclectic’ furnishings are negotiable, he notes.

The property was first listed at the end of May with an asking price of $4.2 million. The price was cut to $3.8 million earlier this month. Jimmy Wanninger of Pacific Union International Real Estate, an affiliate of Christie’s Great Estates, has the listing.

SinceHouse & Garden is now gone and so is its website, I thought I’d show the photos of her Hamptons house for those of you who missed them. I think her house looks like it belongs to her, which is always refreshing when it comes to the big-time celebs. Take a look and let me know if you agree.

Apple’s bedroom:

I’m sure you know she’s married to Chris Martin of Coldplay, and that they have two children together, Apple and Moses (if there were ever two sibling names that don’t seem to really go together…). “Moses” is her father’s Hebrew name. Bruce Paltrow died of throat cancer in 2002.

Gwyneth seems to be one of those celebs people either love or hate. I like her if for no other reason than that “Emma” is one of my favorite movies:
