Location: This private nature conservancy of 540 ha is located on the North-Western side of the very popular Panorama Route, near the Blyde River Canyon – 10 km North of Ohrigstad and bordering Mpumalanga and Limpopo Provinces. It is a mere 3½ to 4 hours drive from Johannesburg / Pretoria and is en-route to/from the Kruger National Park and many of the Private Game Reserves and Lodges, making it the ideal base from which to explore the area.Popular tourist attractions include: Blyde River Canyon, Bourke's Luck Potholes, various waterfalls, Pilgrim's Rest, etc.
An inventory list is available: all furniture, fittings, tools and equipment, artworks, marketing and advertising material are included. Also included are two vehicles of which one has game-drive seats – being used to take guests on nature drives and sundowners.

Nestled in a natural basin formed by spectacular mountains and cliffs, this private nature conservancy is a nature retreat offering a place of peace, tranquility and total relaxation.
This uniquely designed lodge accommodating 16 guests per night, was built in 2002 and offers guests' exclusivity, luxury and a great nature experience in a relaxed environment.
With absolute unspoilt nature and breathtaking views of mountains, cliffs and valleys, the conservancy offers incredible biodiversity. A wide variety of game species occur naturally – Kudu, Nyala, Bushbuck, Reedbuck, Klipspringer, Duiker, Warthog, Bushpig, Baboons, Monkeys, etc. Also a variety of nocturnal species such as Civet, Genet, Aardvark, Serval, Caracal, Porcupine, Leopard etc. More than 150 recorded bird species.
The reserve is partially fenced with 1.8 m Bonnox Game Fencing• More than 30 km of well-marked hiking trails.
Infrastructure: A central thatched area houses the lounge, dining area and bar. It has stunning views of the surrounding mountains. An open sundeck overlooks the sparkling pool. The patio provides magnificent views of the valley below, mountains, cliffs and indigenous forests. Enjoy the natural scenery, large variety of birds or even spot wild animals that roam freely in the area. Using natural material where possible - stone from the farm and traditional African thatched grass roofs - the accommodation units where designed and built to ensure maximum comfort, luxury, space and privacy. Carefully chosen African décor and accessories gives the lodge a feeling of serenity and elegance.
Accommodation Facilities: 8 spacious, free-standing chalets, thatch-roofed and built from stone (varying in size from 35 m2 to 54 m2). Chalets have en-suite facilities as well as outdoor showers and private patios with great views. Public toilets, curio shop, open air boma, swimming pool and a parking area for guest vehicles (under shade netting).

However, significant market expansion opportunities exist in other countries, eg USA, UK, Spain, Italy, etc.
