It's no secret that Jessica and Ashlee Simpson have a lot to be thankful for when it comes to their parents, Joe and Tina. Joe and Tina Simpson became celebrities in their own right thanks to two MTV reality shows which were centered around the lives of Jessica and Ashlee: Jessica's Newlyweds and Ashlee's The Ashlee Simpson Show.

Long before reality TV called, however, Joe and Tina managed and guided the careers of Jessica and Ashlee, and that doesn't appear to be coming to an end any time soon. With the purchase of a $4 million home in Encino, California in 2004, Joe and Tina made it clear that they believe southern California is the place to be when it comes to keeping the careers of Jessica and Ashlee in high gear.

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a private 19 home gated subdivision, this French-styled home offers a lighted tennis court, stone patio with an outdoor fireplace, a waterfall pool/spa, and last but not least a 6-hole putting green.

Joe and Tina's home is also the place where in early 2006 Jessica and Nick Lachey ironed out details of their divorce and where Ashlee and Peter Wentz would marry in 2008.
