Of course, buyers will often pay much more for a place than the value estimated by the city, and the owner of 40 Willow is hoping that's the case here. The house—which sold in 2003 for $3.1 million—just hit the market asking $7.5 million. And actually, looking at the listing pics, that number doesn't sound so high.
