Joel Madden House

Joel Madden was born March 11, 1979 in Waldorf, Maryland. In the late 90's Joel and his fraternal twin brother Benji formed the band Good Charlotte. In 2002 the band released the album "The Young and the Hopeless." After the release of "The Young and the Hopeless" the group enjoyed increased success and notoriety.

In late 2004, Joel Madden purchased a Spanish Colonial-style house in Glendale, California for slightly under $2 million.

Joel Madden's home offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms, three-car garage, three fireplaces (located in the living room, dining room, and kitchen respectively), and over 4,800 square feet.

Glendale has a population of just over 200,000 and is located approximately five miles north of downtown Los Angeles.
