The recession does not seem to affect the market of ultra luxurious houses. Not did I know that this mansion existed just a few miles from where I live - the access gate might be grand but it is hard to guess what lies behind it.
In this case a 25 500 sq ft (2370 m2) French style chateau with some formal gardens around it. It is now the property of Russian investor Yuri Milner and he doesn't even have plans to move from Moscow to this palace!
