YOUR MAMAS NOTES: Last week it was revealed that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' resident queen of pink LisaVanderpump and her restaurateur man-mate Kenneth Todd sold their opulent mansion in the guard-gated Beverly Parkcommunity for $19,000,000.

With their adult children living elsewhere–as they should–theVanderpump-Todds wanted to downsize out of their 17,000 square foot high-maintenance mansion in Beverly Park and had already moved forward on the purchase of a smaller–but still huge–home.

They settled, according to gossip juggernaut TMZ, on a "Bitchin'" contemporary outside the gates of Beverly Park but still less than a mile away. The Giggy-loving couple paid $10,200,000 for a very contemporary Abramson Teiger Architects-designed mansion that listing information shows includes 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms in 8,801 square feet of interior space.

The gated, privately situated, and quite modern mansion offers generous formal living and dining rooms plus a high-impact two-story library paneled in high-gloss Ebony wood, lined with built-in bookshelves, and ringed by a second floor gallery. Towering steel-framed windows and dramatically tall glass doors in the library harness and frame an unobstructed view over the rugged, mansion-sprinkled canyons and glittery Tinseltown cityscape.

Cozier quarters include a family room with fireplace and steel-framed French doors that open to the back patio and a crisp, clean-lined kitchen with snack bar and dining area so sleek and minimal Your Mama thinks it would make Giorgio Armani might pee his khakis with architectural glee.

The second floor master suite encompasses a large bedroom with sitting area, fireplace and panoramic view, a bathroom for him, a bathroom for her and at least one gourmet kitchen-sized dressing room lined with mirrored wardrobes and equipped with make-up vanity and built-in dresser-cabinet in the center of the room.

Finish materials, according to listing information, are of the frightfully expensive variety and include reverse painted glass, walnut floors, hand-troweled plaster inside and importedYorkstone on the exterior. The property also includes, as per listing information, a detached two car garage with guest/staff quarters, serious security system with closed circuit cameras.

Covered porches at the back of the house connect the luxeinteriors to the landscaped grounds and grass staircase that leads down to a bullet-tip shaped swimming pool set into a green lawn surrounded by mature oak trees.

The Vanderpump-Todd's big Beverly Park pile was listed for $29,000,000 by Housewives' cast mate Kyle Richards' real estate dynamo husband Mauricio Umansky. At this time Your Mama has no idea who purchased the palatial property but perhaps someone in the know will surreptitiously ring our bedazzled princess phone and let us know. TheVanderpump-Todds did not make use of the real estate services of Mister Umansky in the purchase of their new home but rather those of Martin Genis, a real estate agent and pal who reportedlyonce sold a house to Brad Pitt and who they set up on a blind date with Kim Richards on the first season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpumphas sold her huge Beverly Park Mega Mansion for a whopping $19-million and exclusively reveals toRadarOnline.com that "it's just too big for Ken and me."

"We had such a great offer on the house, one we couldn't refuse," Lisa says. "It's 17,000 square feet and my daughter, Pandora and son, Max, already moved out of the nest. So it's just Ken and me and it's really too big for two people."

Lisa's not going too far though; she's still remaining in the 90210 hood.

"We found a beautiful, 10,000-square-foot home in Beverly Hills which I adore," Lisa says. "I'm never happy with anything I buy. As a designer, I like to design things my way just Villa Blanca restaurant and my new bar SUR. The new house needs extensive remodeling to suit me and my husband’s needs."

While Lisa declined answering just how much she spent on her new pad, sources close to the situation say it's in the neighborhood of $12-million.

The restaurateur, who also has a lease option on a Montecito property, says "Ken and I are looking forward to spending more time up north."

Lisa, whose mega mansion is prominently showcased on Bravo's hit reality show, admits she will miss the home especially after her daughter was recently married in it.

"Pandora wanted to get married in the house and I'm sad both she and I won't live in it to savor those precious memories," Lisa adds. "But life goes on and I'm looking forward to my new house and landscaping it and of course decorating it. It's going to be a lot of work but at the same time, a lot of fun."

The gated home is located at 50 Beverly Park Way in the guard-gated Beverly Park neighborhood. They put the home on the market back in December of 2010 with an asking price of $29 million. The 17,000 square foot home was designed by Richard Landry and boasts a porte-cochere, 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, wine cellar with tasting room, two offices, billiards room, impeccably manicured grounds, gardens, swimming pool, tennis court, topiaries and much more.

The reason they sold the home was because they wanted to downsize. They reportedly bought a 10,000 square foot home in Beverly Hills for around $12 million.

Rumor has it that Beverly Hills restaurateurs Kenneth Todd and Lisa Vanderpump have sold their massive mansion in the high-priced, guard-gated Los Angeles, CA enclave known as Beverly Park. The titanic and lavishly decorated residence has been featured in all its glitzy ogle worthiness on the first two seasonsThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the reality program on which Miz Vanderpump works her stuff.

Property records we peeped confirm the Vanderpump Todds did indeed sell their humongous Richard Landry-designed French chateau-style pile in early September (2011) but do not reveal the sale price reported by Radar Online to be $19,000,000. The buyer has yet to be identified and Your Mama has yet to get it figured out.

If the reported sale price is correct–and given that the reporters at Radar spoke directly too Miz Vanderpump, it's probably safe to assume it's very close to if not entirely accurate–then theluxe-living reality tee-vee stars accepted far less than the $29,000,000 asking price. Either the Vanderpump Todds had ants in their real estate pants and wanted out of Beverly Parka.s.a.p. or their opulent abode was priced almost ludicrously higher than the market will currently bear for a fancy mansion inBeverly Park.

Property records reveal Mister Tood and Miz Vanderpump Todd paid $14,000,000 for the hoity-toity house in September 2004. They bought the 2-plus acre estate from art world empress Rosette Delug who happens to be the same well-to-do woman who sold a Hal-Leavitt-designed mansion in Beverly Hills to Jennifer Aniston in 2007 for $13,500,000 that the sitcom/romcom queen in turn renovated and recently unloaded for a teeth chattering $35,000,000.

Anyhoo, Miz Vanderpump told Radar that with her adult children moved out of the house "'it's just too big for Ken and me."' Listing information shows the Beverly Park mansion was built in 1996, measures 15,560 square feet and includes a total of 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The Los Angeles Tax Man shows the house is a hair smaller at 15,480 square feet with 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. We don't know why the discrepancies. Either way the house is huge if not exactly epic in scale.

The voluminous entry with curved staircase leads to lavish formal entertaining rooms all done up in a very romantic palette of white, pink, silver and mirror. Less formal spaces include his and her offices, an all-black and very moody mens clubbyden/game room, a chef-friendly kitchen, and a wine cellar with dining area.

The grounds, ringed by a very tall precision-clipped hedge, include front and rear motor courts, shaded verandas, planted balconies, parterre gardens dotted with topiary, bright green swathes of lawn criss-crossed by walkways, meandering pathways, a gazebo, numerous fountains and statues, a tennis court and over-sized swimming pool and spa.

The Vanderpump Todd mansion was listed by Beverly Park pooh-bah Mauricio Umansky who just split from Hilton & Hylandto form The Agency with a couple other high-profile real estate agents in Los Angeles who do mad business with famous folks, entertainment industry bigwigs, foreign potentates and international big business barons.

In addition to their new house in Beverly Hills–about which we have no specific intel–the couple also lease a house about 90 miles north in the tony seaside community of Montecito, CA where some of the other high profile property owners include dingbat actress/Hollywood heavyweight Drew Barrymore, media mogul Oprah Winfrey, climate change crusader Al Gore, and former CEO and current executive chairman of Google Eric Schmidt who bought his spectacular George Washington Smith designed estate from Sapphic showbizzers Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Rossi.

Miz Vanderpump–who Camille Grammer so perfectly called Lisa Vanderfancy on the last episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills–went on to say that she and her mister have already selected a new home in Beverly Hills. At 10,000 square feet the new crib is considerably smaller that the old one but is–let's get real people–still enormous by the sizing standards of an average American home. There is down sizing and then there is down sizing, right? Anyways, the Vanderpump Todds paid, according to one of Radar's snitchy sources, around $12,000,000 for the new house.
