Kim Kardashian’s New House in Beverly Hills

Okay, so I have to admit I’m not really Keeping Up with the Kardashians, so Kim Kardashian and her new Mediterranean villa in Beverly Hills weren’t on my radar when she bought it earlier this year. Judging by the amount of e-mail I got from readers asking to see photos of it, though, I may be the only one who doesn’t watch her reality show on E!, which describes it this way:

“A tempest of siblings, business and fame engulf Olympic decathlete Bruce Jenner and paparazzi fave Kim Kardashian as their huge Hollywood families collide.” (So dramatic!)

Kim’s new house has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and lots of fireplaces. It was originally listed at almost $5 million but was eventually reduced to about $3.8. I’m not sure what she ended up paying.

I love this outdoor living space, but I always wonder what happens when it storms. Is it someone’s job to run out there and put everything away at the first sign of rain?

Here we have a few photos of Kim Kardashian's old condo which was featured on the Keeping Up With The Kardashians television show. She put it on the market for $1,099,000 last year.

Kim Kardashian Has Filed For Divorce (UPDATES)

Updates: In a statement to The Famous, Kim Kardashian says: "After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage. I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever but sometimes things don't work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best."

• Kim's sister Khloe took to Twitter to defend Kim's decision, saying: "Reading some these comments r so hurtful. Im grateful 4our fans who understand & r being respectful. Hate is disgusting. Love is everything" Adding: "Thank God for family We are strong and we will only become closer! I love YOU"
• In his own statement, Humphries claims to be "devastated" and willing to do whatever it takes to save the marriage. Excellent PR coaching, Kris!

After little more than two months of marriage, Kim Kardashian is filing for divorce from Kris Humphries. Ryan Seacrest confirmed the news Monday morning on Twitter:

TMZ first broke word of a Kardashian-Humphries split, reporting that the 30-year-old reality star is citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the breakup. The date of separation: October 31, 2011. Lucky for Kardashian, there was a prenup drawn before the doomed duo ever said 'I do." (Shrewd move on Kim's part.)
