Beautiful exterior and pool area, but I am a bit surprised of the interior style of the house though - I would have thought that these young musicians would have had a bit more contemporary style than this...
Jessica Simpson's ex, Nick Lachey, has listed again His Bel Air house on the market for nearly $6M. Hard to believe that this house was built in the 60s, and that Lachey only did some light remodeling inside. He did invest quite a lot on the patio and pool areas and the outcome is great.
The interior of the house is rather calming with soft tones of cream, browns and black.There are some lovely black glossy floor tiling and the kitchen looks modern and very much up to date. Certainly a house I would not mind living in!
