Chicago Cubs GM Theo Epstein bought a house just blocks from Wrigley Field for $3.25 million.

The 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home was actually listed at $2,999,999 by Sabina Kontos of Sotheby's.

The house is brand new, and it features a four-car garage and a deck with an outdoor fireplace.

It's also very, very white.
