Major League baseball player Chipper Jones was born in DeLand, Florida. Chipper Jones made his MLB debut in 1993 with the Atlanta Braves and has spent his entire career there. In June of 2005 the 6x All-Star third baseman paid $700,000 for a four-bed, three-bath home in Celebration, Florida. Built in 2003, the two-story home has 3,398 square feet and also offers a swimming pool & spa. The Celebration community is located near the Walt Disney World resort and has a population of over 11,000.
